Mr Khanna is a graduate engineer from IIT Kharagpur, then the only IIT, and post grad. from Halle, Germany. He is a Charterd Engineer in UK and has been awarded Fellowship by four Professional Institutions in India, UK and Germany.

Out of 47 years industrial experience, he was Chairman, MD, CEO of different corporations for over 16 years. He has had the opportunity to be associated with some of the top names in industry- like JRD Tata, Moolgaonkar, C K Birla, L M Thapar, Ratan Tata, Mafatlal etc during his work tenure. He has extensively traveled to other countries (42 countries). He is past Chairman of CII, Central Gujarat, National Chairman of Indian Institution of Production Engineers and on managing committee of many other national and state level professional bodies. He has been involved in turnaround of three large manufacturing Companies.

He is actively involved in many national and state level professional bodies. He was the national chairman of Indian Institute of Production engineers ( 2003-5); chairman CII, western region-central Gujarat (1992-4); on the managing committees of Indo German Chambers, Indo American Chambers, JBC-FICCI, BMA. IET, EDAF etc. He has been on the Board of many reputed companies in private sector.

Currently, besides being on the Board of nine companies, he spends part of his time with some professional bodies in advisory capacity and balance time with four NGOs; for Rehabilitation of destitute children & destitute seniors; Vocational training of poor school/college drop outs and organizing heart surgeries for the needy poor heart patients. He also gives free consultation to needy sick units aspiring for turnaround.

Mr Khanna has been recipient of 12 national and international awards like Carl Benz and Takraf Gold medal in Germany; Pride of Asia Gold Medal in Singapore; Udyog Rattan, Shiromini, Hind Rattan awards in India; and the Rotary International’s highest Award-"Service above Self" in 2004.

His wife Sneh prabha , qualified teacher by profession is a homemaker. He has two children-both married and well settled in life. Daughter Mini and her husband Nilanjan are in I T industry. Son Ashish is in Deloitte USA and his wife Sapna in Indian Revenue Service.

Omprakash Subbarao has nearly nineteen years of experience which includes Executive Leadership with leading multinational corporates (AT&T, KPMG, Yahoo) and Indian organizations (TCS, Infosys).

He has a Masters in Engineering from Indian Institute Of Science and a MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

He specializes in Business Transformation & the strategic use of IT. He has advised clients in all verticals Financial Services, Consumer & Industrial Markets, Information, Communications & Entertainment & Public Sector. He has worked with customers in United States, Europe, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and India.

As the Director and Global Head of the Consulting Practice at Yahoo! he was responsible for engineering the development of Global products like Yahoo! Mail and architecting their worldwide rollout in a distributed model.

He has been a member of the Selection Panel at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and is on the Advisory Board of leading Business Schools.

Omprakash has mentored startup companies and is serving on the Advisory Board of several Corporates.

He is also currently serving as a Member of the India Think Tank under the leadership of Sam Pitroda, the Adviser to the Prime Minister on IT and Innovation.
